Position Summary


This role provides support to the Quality department in the area of Compliance Learning & Development. The person in this role will focus on applying learning processes, procedures, and systems to help ensure Versiti's workforce is capable of delivering products and services according to the organization's quality and safety standards and in compliance with the requirements of regulatory and accrediting agencies. This role contributes to the Learning & Development program and will serve as a liaison between the Quality team and other service lines of Versiti by assisting on learning projects and everyday tasks.

 


Responsibilities

 

Core Quality Responsibilities
* Support manager in executing the Quality Plan and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
* Support manager in identifying quality system improvements.
* Integrates continuous improvement practices adopted by Versiti into quality systems, education, and improvement activities.
* Supports internal/external assessments as assigned.
* Be able to read and understand regulations and standards.
* Prioritize tasks to meet the needs of assigned quality objectives.
* May prepares charts, tables, etc. to analyze quality metrics.

Specific Learning & Development Associate Responsibilities
* Actively participates in the execution of Versiti's learning strategy by collaborating with the manager, Quality team, and service line learning stakeholders to improve scope, delivery, and administration of learning programs.
* Execute and implement processes and procedures to help ensure Integrity of learning completion and competency data.
* Research and test learning system functionality as it relates to continuous improvements to learning program structure, assignment, and communications.
* Consult with service lines in structuring and maintaining learning programs enable assignment and tracking of job-specific training and competencies.
* Collaborate with learning system administrators to implement new system functionality and learning processes.
* Actively participate in continuous improvement activities for learning and quality processes.
* Partner with service line learning teams and Quality to implement best practices, policies, procedures and processes.
* Provide training in quality systems and enterprise learning management software.
* May assist in writing and maintaining documentation of learning-related policies, procedures, work instructions.
* Update and maintain reports and dashboards communicating learning-related data.

Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification

Understands and performs in accordance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements

Complies with all standard operating policies and procedures

 


Qualifications


Education
High School Diploma High School Diploma or equivalent required

Associate's Degree in learning, education, Clinical Laboratory Science, life sciences, engineering with science minor, scientific discipline, or allied health science discipline preferred

Bachelor's Degree in learning, education, Clinical Laboratory Science, life sciences, engineering with science minor, scientific discipline, or allied health science discipline preferred Experience
4-6 years experience with High School Diploma required
