Job Description
Duties: The Senior Technical Program Manager at Press Ganey Associates LLC in Chicago, Illinois will develop and manage end-to-end data analytics and warehouse project plans and ensure on-time delivery. Drive internal process improvements across teams, remove roadblocks, and deliver on high-impact projects with a focus on inclusion, efficiency, performance, and quality. Help drive Press Ganey products (Patient Experience, Workforce, and Clinical products) and tooling (Gitlab, ERStudio, Jira, Postman, LINQPad, Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, Confluence, Tableau) decisions to align with higher company initiatives. Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases. Manage cross-functional product development programs covering a range of teams and tools. Develop robust software engineering data management accountability measurements and maintaining high quality engineering work through Jira. Assess business impact, prioritize initiatives and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment through project planning and strong interpersonal skills. Build Patient Experience and Workforce Domain subject matter expertise and stay up-to-date on your team’s technologies, native platforms, and domain related technological developments. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.
