Job Description
Come join Group O’s team as a Production Associate today! This role is in our Supply Chain Division and supports the kitting and preparation of kitted merchandising materials to be distributed to our client’s nationwide network of retail locations. Here you will enjoy paid holidays and 3 weeks of PTO in your first year!
Primary Tasks:
+ Picking parts
+ Staging kitting activity
+ Packaging parts
+ Labeling parts
+ Setting up kitting lines
+ Building kits
+ Packing parts into kits
+ Sealing completed kits
Secondary Tasks:
+ Maintaining a safe, clean and orderly work area
+ Finding and supporting opportunities for improved performance, cost-savings and efficiency
+ Other duties as assigned
Education:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills:
+ Flexibility in daily hours worked based on workloads
+ Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
+ Basic Computer skills
+ Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Ability to follow work instructions and procedures
+ Ability to utilize step ladders and work at an elevated position
Experience:
+ Related experience or training
