We are looking for a Senior Learning Design Specialist who can support design for multiple learning environments, regions and/or lines of business (Eats, Rides, Safety). This role will be required to execute on more complex design projects for the US&C Design team.What You'll Do
Create, update, and maintain training materials.
Collaborate with channel Program Managers, cross-functional partners, and Subject Matter Experts (SME's)
Create and analyze learning objectives and learning solutions - e.g Slide Decks, eLearning courses, and handouts using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Use templates and pre designed assets
Facilitate Train the Trainer sessionsBasic Qualifications
3+ years L&D experience or 1+ year Design experience
Advanced skills in Google Suite and Articulate Rise
Advanced writing skills (instructional text, storytelling, concise and structured)Preferred Qualifications
Subject matter expertise in Learning and Development
Intermediate stakeholder management
Understanding of graphic design and/or tools
Time management, and prioritization skills
Stakeholder Management skills
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Proficient in complex learning experience tools and platforms
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base hourly rate amount for this role is $32.50 per hour.
