Kelly is assisting a local client recruiting for Manufacturing Associates jobs in Richmond IL.

Job Title : Wax operator
Location : Richmond, IL
Pay rate : $18.00/hr. – 1st shift 6:00am – 2:30pm Monday-Friday
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and ensuring adjustments of equipment are completed in a timely manner.
+ Set up and operate wax line:
+ Weigh wax
+ Package in appropriate packaging
+ Use machinery and equipment efficiently with a minimum of wasted time or materials
+ Trouble shoot and adjust equipment as required
+ Hand load appropriate raw material for the next wax load according to the schedule
+ Completed assignments comply to predetermined quality standards typical for the machinery or equipment used
+ Perform quality control testing on all equipment
+ Follow work instructions and workflow diagrams
+ Continually improve skill and product base
+ Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Ensure workflow is continuous
+ Completing all 5S duties as directed
+ Ad hock tasks as directed by the team supervisor and/or manager
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
