Lavorare con noi come In-Store Key Account significa entrare a far parte di team di successo avendo da subito la possibilita di esprimere le tue idee, di far prova di spirito di iniziativa e di partecipare attivamente ad ambizioso progetto di route-to-market di rilevanza nazionale e internazionale.

Riportando direttamente all'Area Manager Sell-out della zona di riferimento, la tua mission sara il presidio dei punti vendita della zona assegnata, migliorando la visibilita dei nostri prodotti e brand.

Ti occuperai di monitorare regolarmente i clienti di competenza,i incrementando l'assortimento continuativo, l'efficacia delle attivita promozionali, la quota spazio e le extra esposizioni attraverso la negoziazione con i responsabili del punto vendita.
In breve, le tue principali responsabilita saranno:
Visitare e supervisionare regolarmente il panel di punti vendita assegnato secondo obiettivi di copertura predefiniti;
Garantire la corretta attuazione periferica dei contratti nazionali (in particolare, promozioni, assortimenti, prezzi, etc.).
Analizzare e monitorare le attivita commerciali in-store (baseline products rotation, promo, assortimenti...);
Implementare progetti di Category Management nei punti vendita supervisionando direttamente l'accurato allestimento dei materiali promozionali;
Negoziare localmente le attivita promozionali e gestire l'assortimento;
Monitorare con frequenza periodica display, prezzi, promozioni, gamma di prodotti e attivita dei concorrenti.
Effettuare regolarmente la reportistica delle attivita svolte e segnalare opportunita non ancora coperte.
Il profilo ricercato:
Titolo di studio: Laurea in materie economiche (preferibile)
Esperienza di 3/6 mesi di stage pregresso in ambito Sales o Trade Marketing (preferibile).
Flessibilita geografica e mobililita sul territorio italiano.
Ottima conoscenza di Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Buon livello di inglese scritto e parlato
