Job Description
Maintain data ingestion content from files and kinesis streams, utilizing Spring Cloud Data Flow, Spring Batch, Kafka, Postgres, Kubernetes, and AWS technologies, including S3, Kinesis, and MSK. Maintain Talend ETLs utilizing TMC, Talend, and Java. Migrate existing ETLs to new data platforms utilizing Python and PySpark, AWS Glue and Athena, and Kafka (MSK). Develop new and maintain existing APIs utilizing Java 11, Spring and Spring Boot, JavaScript and Python, Kafka (MSK), Mongo, and Python. Write new and maintain existing Postgres stored procedures. Maintain existing Python and Node JS ETLs. Write Unit Test cases utilizing test driven development. Break down complex requests into deliverable business units. Deliver applications on an agile squad. Handle production issues on a variety of applications, including Java, Talend, Database, Python, and, JavaScript. Work with Docker, Cloud, Java with Spring Boot, Kafka, RDMBS, Oracle, and Postgres.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field of study, plus five (5) years of experience with Docker, Cloud, Java with Spring Boot, Kafka, RDMBS, Oracle, and Postgres.
