The Regulatory Compliance Professional will support the Bank's Compliance Management Program by conducting compliance testing and monitoring reviews; managing the regulatory change management process; assisting with the coordination of compliance audits and examinations requests; reviewing and updating compliance policies and procedures; conducting compliance reviews on marketing and advertising materials; and assisting with the oversight of the Bank's Compliance Training Program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain current and extensive knowledge of laws and regulatory guidelines
Ensure the Bank complies with all banking regulations and laws
Conduct research and respond to inquiries to support business lines
Review and update internal policies and procedures
Conduct compliance reviews of the Bank's marketing and advertisement materials, including social media
Participate in Compliance Committee meetings, including preparing meeting minutes
Assist with ongoing development and administration of the Bank's Compliance Training Program for all employees
Perform compliance testing reviews and monitor corrective actions related to any deficiencies or violations noted
Utilize the Bank's various software systems to generate monitoring and analysis reports, conduct compliance reviews and/or assist with the preparation and submission of annual regulatory filings
Manage the Bank's Regulatory Change Management Program, including researching new regulatory developments and updating processes accordingly
Assist Compliance Officer with the review, update or creation of various risk assessments in relation to Bank products, services, operations or regulatory compliance, as directed
Assist Compliance Officer with the administration of the Compliance Management and Fair Lending Programs, as directed
Assist with the coordination of requested materials for regulatory examinations and external audits of the compliance program, as directed
Actively comply with all applicable laws and regulations to include the Bank Secrecy Act, the Community Reinvestment Act, and all other deposit, lending, or non-deposit service regulations; adhering to the Bank's internal policies, procedures, and risk management responsibilities contained in the Human Resources Policy and Procedures Manual as well as the Employee Handbook, the Employee Code of Conduct, and other applicable policies
Perform other duties related to the position, as assigned by supervisor

Knowledge/Abilities/Experience and Training:
Minimum 2 years regulatory compliance experience in banking
Thorough, in-depth knowledge of the various laws and regulations
Ability to read and interpret statutes and regulations
Familiarity with all functional areas of banking and lending
Understanding of consumer compliance and compliance management system risks
Solid research, analytical, creative and problem-solving abilities
Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, active listening and quality customer service
Excellent teamwork and conflict resolution skills
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to learn the Bank's systems, as well as any new software platforms quickly
Demonstrated ability to handle difficult and sensitive business situations
Willingness and desire to obtain the CRCM designation
