a Starting Pay is $15.00 per hour!!: We are looking for a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to join our trailblazing team! As a PCA, you will provide direct and indirect care while guiding residents through their activities of daily living. The PCA is responsible for promoting the resident’s well-being while maintaining their independence. We care for our residents through a results-oriented approach while cultivating relationships with values rooted in love, compassion, and dignity. Responsibilities: * Receives report and assignment when coming on duty and gives report on assigned residents when going off duty. * Attend General Orientation and PCA Training/competency classes, at time of hire and annually, as indicated * Is aware of resident needs for social and psychological support. * Is aware of and adheres to Resident’s Bill of Rights and confidentiality of resident information. * Is aware of Resident Abuse Reporting Law.
