Retail Merchandising Lead

As a Retail Merchandising Lead, you will assist in resetting a retail space following planograms, setting up shelving, and stocking shelves. Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $21 / hour
What you’ll be doing as a Retail Merchandising Lead:
- Acts as lead and provides guidance to merchandising team members that drive exceptional customer service and execution of operational tasks
- Assists manager with daily planning of operational tasks assigned to the store. Oversees special or ongoing process improvement projects and initiatives
- Executes plan to ensure team members are compliant with established policies and procedures
- Assemble, and install retail store fixtures, furniture, and shelving
- Set up displays and endcaps
- Move fixtures into place as per the planogram or overview.
- Adjust shelves on walls.
- Dress mannequins to planned items.
- Move mannequins into new locations
- Merchandise fixtures to planned overviews
- Reset departments based on final execution
- Work with leaders on site for maximum productivity
Available shifts:
Shift Timings – 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
- 1-2 year experience as a Retail Merchandiser. Preferably in a lead position
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Lift up to 50lbs
- Able to use basic hand tools
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Background check and drug screening required
