The Senior Solutions Architect will be primarily responsible for engaging with our most strategic prospective and existing clients and supporting the most complex sales activities. This role requires deep domain, product and solution knowledge, industry expertise and the ability to define the solution strategy to the problems the client is solving for, bringing our value proposition to life, and increasing our win and renewal rate.
The Senior Solutions Architect is client-facing and partners with Sales Executives (SE) through all stages of the sales process - from introductory meetings to requests for proposals (RFP), finalist meetings, contracting, and hand-off to the implementation team. In addition, this role is responsible for staying current on competitors, market and industry feedback and trends, product developments and Alight capabilities. Solution Architects are also an important source of market feedback working closely with Alight product owners to inform our roadmap.
The Senior Solution Architect will manage the team of Solution Architects (SA) and Solution Consultants (SC). In that capacity they will provide coaching and development of the team, managing SE alignments for success. As an expert across all solutions with knowledge of all Alight's offerings, they will connect team members with information and contacts they need to integrate and build the One Alight value proposition. This role will demonstrate the understanding of Alight's internal process and procedures beyond the supported solution alignment.
