Client Capabilities Specialist - Strategy & Corporate Finance - Finance & Capital Markets
Who You'll Work With
You will report to the Director of Capabilities of the Finance & Capital Markets Service Line and collaborate with a global network of partners, experts and practice management colleagues to advance our client-backed capabilities agenda. You'll be part of our Strategy & Corporate Finance team in one of our approved footprint locations in NA, Europe (Poznan, Lisbon) or Costa Rica (San Jose).
What You'll Do
Your role will be focused on owning client capabilities-related responsibilities within our Finance & Capital Markets Service Line.
You will develop and curate collateral for offerings and components (assets, methods), making the gold standard easily accessible internally. You will manage the performance of the capability portfolio for relevance & economic contribution as well as manage the Client Service Team (CST) case debrief process, maintain practice space sites and proprietary databases and orchestrate community building activities for the SL. You will drive adoption, delivery, and scaling of tech capabilities (assets & alliances) and drive internal dissemination efforts of assets & alliances (e.g., embed in learning programs).
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree
Motivated individual with a 'can-do' attitude and willingness to take initiative and proactive approach
Strong sense of ownership, entrepreneurship and innovation
A great team player, positive, diplomatic, excellent judgment, good instincts and emotional intelligence
Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people across multiple geographies, cultures and levels of seniority
Excellent written/verbal communication skills

A reasonable estimate of the range for new joiners for this role in the United States is $124,500 - $171,200.
Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including,
but not limited to an individual's assigned office location, experience and expertise. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses,
subject to McKinseyis discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
