We are currently hiring an in-house temporary Recruiter I, xPO for our xPO Advantage team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to source, qualify and place talent on assignment or direct at client sites. The duties related to this position include recruiting, pre-screening, interviewing, checking references, and maintaining talent and client records. In addition to this, the Recruiter I will support the team in providing excellent customer service to further business relationships with assigned clients. The Recruiter I may support BPO, MSP and/or RPO programs based on business needs.
Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:
Conduct thorough interviews, background investigations and testing required for client assignments to maintain a pool of skilled Talent at all times.
Negotiate Pay Rates based on program requirements.
Make determination as to appropriate client bill rate when applicable.
Determine candidates appropriate to submit to client and manage the submission process from initial submission through interviewing and testing and finally assisting in determining placement of candidates.
Maintain constant communication to ensure candidates remain engaged in recruitment cycle.
In BPO and MSP accounts, the Recruiter I may act as a point of contact for talent on assignment.
Interact regularly with the sales and operations staff to ensure accurate and complete communication with clients and Talent.
Ability to manage the recruiting function nationally based on client needs.

An ability to establish relationships with clients, peers, candidates, talent, and centers of influence to drive business as well as an ability to navigate employee relations issues and partner with key corporate team members and a strong knowledge of recruiting and industry trends based on markets and business supported.
