Job Description
Job Title: Inside Sales
Location: Itasca, IL
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Work hour: 8:30 am- 5:00 pm
Salary: $60K
Automotive parts related company is looking for an Inside Sales in Itasca, IL.
Responsibilities:
Acknowledge receipt of orders and place orders with suppliers.
Coordinate freight arrangements, customs clearance, and domestic deliveries with forwarders and warehouses.
Verify proof of delivery (POD), process customer invoices, and handle supplier debits.
Enter data into internal and customer systems related to inventory management operations.
Generate reports and documents for internal, customer, and supplier requests.
Conduct market research and identify potential prospects.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Attend meetings with customers and vendors.
Coordinate and resolve quality and supply chain issues.
Requirements:
Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
3-5 years of prior experience in Inside Sales or B2B Customer Service is required.
Knowledge or experience in international logistics documentation is a plus.
