*THIS ROLE IS REMOTE BASED WITHIN THE US*

Responsibilities
* Overall accountability for management of complex and critical transformation programs for GPEX
* Responsible for partnering with a large variety of cross-functional stakeholders to optimize finance processes, systems and controls and mitigate financial risks by closely collaborating across BUs and sectors.
* Coordinates work across all pillars of GPEX including: culture, risk and controls, governance, program management, resource allocation, data and communication.
* Support GPEX leads in working with business stakeholders to identify needs, validate pain points, and determine the high-level value proposition / business case for implementing innovative solutions via GPEX.
* Functions seamlessly and cohesively across the team to maximize the impact of the organization’s transformation efforts.
* Directs the creation of multiple projects of work and manages their alignment to Finance goals.
* Directs the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including CFOs and Controllers on a timely basis.
* Develops/analyzes reports to identify trends, patterns, and issues related to the management of GPEX initiatives, and present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
* Continuously assesses GPEX initiatives and introduce improvements and best practices, as needed to evolve the organization.
* Assists team members in negotiating for resources owned by other functions in order ensure projects can be completed.
* Directs the identification of risks which impact project delivery and ensures mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary.
* Appropriately assesses risk when decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for PepsiCo’s internal control environment, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervising the activity of others and creating accountability within team members Given PepsiCo’s geographically diverse and complex environment the Global IT Control Senior Director needs strong interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate with both IT and business teams. The role will partner closely with the Information Security function, Sector Controllers Organization, Sector CIOs and multiple functional teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 15+ years of experience including at least 5 years in consulting. PepsiCo experience is also a must have
* Experience of SAP governance essential
* Experience of designing global governance frameworks and control solutions for emerging technology is a must
* Must be willing to travel

Preferred Requirements:
* Certifications required - Six Sigma, basic Finance/Accounting
* Extensive IT control experience
* Ability to create strategic plans spanning multiple time horizons and across multiple partner teams

Compensation and Benefits:
* The expected compensation range for this position is between $140,000 to $280,000 based on a full-time schedule
* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
* Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 30% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 15% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
* Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
