We’re currently hiring a Cleared Cyber Threat Analyst to work with Federal partners as part of an initiative promoting effective collaboration, information sharing and response planning.

This role is hybrid-remote supporting the program based in Arlington, VA.

What you will do:

+ Identify and analyze threat or vulnerability information shared by partners.

+ Translate or make recommendations to customers or external parties remediate vulnerabilities or mitigate threats.

+ Apply knowledge of cyber threat landscape, emerging threats, geopolitical events and trends

+ Collaborate across offices/divisions to determine necessary partner notifications and potential product development.

+ Monitor communication channels, respond to cyber partner inquiries, coordinate cybersecurity products (alerts, advisories, etc) among targeted audience prior to distribution.

What you will need:

+ 4+ years of experience in cyber threat analysis, vulnerability assessment or incident response

+ 2+ years supporting a federal client

+ 1+ years of experience with open-source cyber threat/related tools

+ Knowledge of current cyber threat landscape, emerging threats, geopolitical events and trends

+ U.S. Citizenship required (required by federal government for position).

+ TS/SCI Clearance

What would be good to have:

+ Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree, degree in Cybersecurity preferred.

+ Experience supporting DHS programs or initiatives.

+ Ability to take technical information and disseminate and/or present to individuals or groups of varying levels of understanding (e.g. key points to leadership/decision makers, technical details to network operators, etc.)

+ Familiarity with host-based anomaly detection

+ Experience with network-based analytic discovery

+ Experience connecting open-source information with network and/or host-based anomalies

+ Strong writing and research skill

Pay Range – There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is :

$100,034.00 – $170,058.00
