Job Description
UBER TECHNOLOGIES, INC. has multiple positions for Senior Implementation Analyst available in Chicago, Illinois. Some positions may telecommute from home.
Implement, maintain, and augment integrations for the freight business. Develop expertise in both internal and external tooling, and use technical capabilities, including SQL, Python/R, and ETL to implement and maintain valuable solutions. Own the process of implementing integrations, this includes establishing requirements with internal and external customers, implementing scripts and configurations, and continuously improving quality reliability. Write queries in SQL, develop scripts in R/Python, build ETL jobs, connect with rest APIS, and more to support implementation, monitoring and enhancement of integrations and related processes. Use and contribute to our GIT repo to maximize impact. Become the in-house specialist on both homegrown and third-party tools used to increase quality or efficiency. Work cross-functionally with operations, product, and engineering to ensure successful implementations, and influence future product and capabilities. Plan and execute strategic projects - manage stakeholders and communicate roles and responsibilities to ensure timelines are met. Periodically serve as the "on-call" point of contact to be the first line of defense for assessing and responding to issues that arise with the various processes in the integrations team purview. Build dashboards to monitor and visualize integration performance. Update SOPs to improve efficiency and effectiveness of integration maintenance. Perform same-day ad-hoc analyses to support quick decision making about the best path forward when faced with an issue. Participate in sprint planning to scope and identify tasks every two weeks and report on progress and roadblocks. May telecommute from home. $92500.00 - $113000.00 per year.
