Job Summary
This Position Is Responsible For Guiding The Team In Developing The Solution Using Agile Practices; Being Accountable For Software Build Activities.
Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree and 7 years Information Technology experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 9 years Information Technology experience OR 11 years Information Technology experience.
* 5 years of practitioner experience leading Agile / Scrum projects.
* Excellent leadership skills and ability to lead enterprise level change management initiatives.
* Excellent interpersonal skills including coaching, mentoring, and developing large teams and Scrum Masters I & II.
* Expert in Agile / Scrum development methodologies & tools (Jira / Jenkins).
* Expert in DevOps / continuous deployment / integration process & tools.
* Expert in test-driven development.
* Expert in test automation.
* Expert in Scaled Agile implementation.
* Problem solving, analytical, creative, and innovative thinking.
* Teamwork and collaboration; interpersonal skills.
* Ability to execute and deliver.
* Business acumen.
* Teamwork and collaboration; excellent interpersonal skills.
* Assess Agile Maturity (via Agile Maturity Model) and develop & implement action plan for improvement in agile maturity. This includes coaching at the leadership and Scrum Masters.
* Ability to provide honest open feedback on team performance to matrixed management team.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
* 5 years of practitioner experience leading Agile / Scrum projects.
* Scrum Master Certification Level 1 or 2 (CSP, PSM I/II)
* Management experience.
