Job Summary
This position is responsible for supporting and leading sales solutions implementation plans for group business, including new solutions and continuous improvement of existing sales capabilities and processes. Responsible for contributing to planning and executing training, communications, reporting, measurement of key sales data and new workstreams, as needed. Represent or act as the business lead for Sales and Account Management business needs in enterprise initiatives.

Serve as the business lead/representative on projects for assigned areas.
Own and identify process improvement opportunities for assigned areas and for Sales & Account Management (SAM) process documentation.
Coordinate decisions and serve as escalation point across SAM for assigned areas.
Create SAM business requirements, user stories and needs assessments for assigned areas, including milestones and deliverables definition.
Ensure communication and adoption with SAM teams regarding related updates, project deliverables and issue resolution via written, verbal or presentation methods.
Provide project management of initiatives related to assigned areas when needed.
Contribute to planning and execution of Sales Solutions workstreams for training, communications, reporting and new workstreams as needed.
Act as subject matter expert to staff, internal and external audiences in the area of SAM technology, processes and people solutions.
Support the development of best practices.
Provide project team leadership and day to day operations.
Provide business expertise in key business capabilities such as Prospect & Opportunity Management, Account & Producer Management, Product and Regulatory, and Competitive intelligence.
Manage stakeholder relationships and interactions.
Interact one-on-one and in group settings with departmental/cross-functional team members to identify issues, gather data, brainstorm, prioritize, discuss analytic approach, and share findings; concentrating on sales process excellence and measurement.
Improve collaboration and process efficiencies within SAM and with internal partners.
Support the effective identification, validation and resolution of business requirements across multiple segments and various organizational levels.
Support the development of metrics and financial requirements for reporting and dashboard needs.
Serve as the Sales and Account Management training liaison to execute field training needs:
Plan, draft and review training materials as needed.
Coordinate training development with Marketing University or other internal / external parties as needed.
Coordinate training for impacted operations areas to ensure smooth deployment and open lines of communication for new or changed processes.
Liaison with Corporate and Marketing Communications areas to plan, draft and review communications materials for Sales & Account Management as needed.

Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in a managed care, consulting, sales or project management OR 7 years of experience.
Experience developing communications, tools, processes or strategies.
Knowledge of group healthcare/managed care trends, products, and industry.
Knowledge of sales, tools and techniques.
Knowledge of training strategies and implementation process.
Experience with dashboards and reporting.
Results track record.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Engineering or Healthcare.
Master's degree in business administration or Healthcare.
Experience with salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.
Experience working with senior leadership.
