Position Details:

Apply industry-leading change management methodology and tools to lead through large-scale projects with multiple workstreams across the Customer Service organization. Develop change management framework, tools, and resources to be used by Customer Service leadership, support partners, and key stakeholders for various sized change initiatives. Provide counsel and coaching to help Customer Service Center (CSC) leaders communicate and engage CSC team members across the Americas. Oversee design of change management training to upskill key stakeholders across Customer Service organization to lead through change and implement change management best practices. You will report to the Program Manager. This is a hybrid role located in Lake Forest, IL.
You Will:

Customer Service Center Change Management
Utilize industry best practices to develop change management strategies and framework to lead through unique customer service change and adoption needs
Develop communication strategies and messaging to support change requirements for various stakeholder groups across multiple levels of organizational changes
Provide counsel and support to Customer Service Leadership Team on large change initiatives, issues and events where leadership stakeholders are required
NA Customer Service Change Management Resource Development
Create standard change management processes and toolsets to be utilized by both change leaders and change agents for various levels of change management needs
Develop standard processes to coordinate handoff for long-term maintenance and support of solutions
Design process and toolset governance to ensure they remain update and proper team members are held accountable.
Change Management Training
Accountable for the design and optimization of change management training used to upskill Customer Service leaders, project managers, and Operational Excellence team members.
Responsible for the deployment and facilitation of the change management training
Design change management skill validation for change leaders and change agents to ensure appropriate levels of skill and ability exist to lead change
You Have:

BA/BS or equivalent.
Five years of experience leading change management activities for a large, multi-site team involving operations.
Ability to translate complex business issues into executable components enabling realization of desired outcomes.
Effective collaborator with business partners across the organization. Strong leadership skills that foster teamwork, mutual support, personal responsibility, and accountability.
Demonstrated project management, planning and organizational skills and ability to balance multiple projects in varying degrees of implementation.
Ability to counsel and influence CSC leaders from VP to front-line supervisors to support and execute change management strategies and tactics.
