Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Initiates the design, development, execution, and implementation of scientific research projects to fuel Intel’s growth in the areas of computing, communication, technology and manufacturing and new business opportunity. Investigates the feasibility of applying scientific principles and concepts to potential inventions and products typically 7+ years prior to landing on a product roadmap. Plans and executes laboratory research. Maintains substantial knowledge of state-of-the-art principles and theories and contributes to scientific literature and conferences. May participate in development of intellectual property. May coordinate interdepartmental activities and research efforts.

Performing research in Post-Quantum Cryptography, proposing scalable solutions, and building Hardware and Software prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility of technical solutions.

Qualifications

You must possess the below requirements to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork and/or classes and/or research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ The Candidate must possess a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field with emphasis on Post Quantum Cryptography.

+ 1+ years of experience in below areas:

+ One or more publications on cryptography in a peer-reviewed conferences/journals

+ Post Quantum Digital Signature and Key Encapsulation algorithms

+ Lattice-Based Cryptography

+ Proficiency in hardware design and RTL implementation, and robustness to side-channels.
