This role will develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on Digital Customer experience, lead generation, and conversion optimization.

Major Responsibilities

+ Drive the web experience strategy and develop the feature roadmap to ensure an optimal customer journey across all digital touchpoints.

+ Apply user experience (UX) techniques and UCD best practices to enhance the overall website experience and drive user engagement.

+ Develop and execute inbound marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and convert leads via the website.

+ Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to improve website performance and increase conversion rates.

+ Utilize marketing technology tools to automate and optimize lead generation processes, integrating with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.

+ As the Product Owner, work with the web development team in an agile environment to implement the feature roadmap and manage the website.

+ Utilize web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, and IT, to align lead generation strategies and achieve common business objectives.

+ Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor organic search rankings to improve search engine optimization (SEO) performance.

+ Work with Regional Digital marketers to optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and user experience across all digital channels.

+ Identify and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities, including emerging platforms and generative AI technologies.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.

Experience

+ Proven experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies focusing on web experience and UX.

+ Significant experience in applying inbound marketing principles and CRO techniques to increase lead generation through the website.

+ Proficiency in using Content management systems (CMS) to edit/create pages, edit HTML/CSS or work closely with web developers when required.

+ Proficiency in marketing technologies and utilizing Salesforce or other CRM platforms for lead management.

+ Familiarity with agile web development processes, using tools like Jira, to ensure efficient project management and timely delivery.

+ Experience in analyzing website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data using web analytics tools.

+ Familiarity with key digital marketing areas: Email marketing, SEO, SEM, marketing automation, A/B testing, content management systems (CMS) and localization

The salary range for this role is 95,000 to 125,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
