Overview

The Treasury Operations Manager will partner with other functional areas (i.e., accounts payable, accounting, payroll, legal, revenue cycle management, tax, mergers & acquisitions, etc.) to identify and implement best-in-class Treasury operation practices. The Treasury Operations Manager reports to the Treasurer and is the Company’s go-to-expert on bank products and services and is a key contributor in day-to-day operations, serving as the conduit and facilitator between the banks and the Company’s various business functions. The successful candidate is proactive and will come to be seen as a trusted advisor, equally comfortable leading initiatives and driving in certain cases and taking direction and being hands on as a contributing team member in other instances as the situation dictates.

+ Own relationships with financial institutions and merchant servicers, staying abreast of Treasury best practices and products and services to ensure efficient and cost-effective cash collection and disbursement processes and practices, cash management, fraud prevention, and sound risk management.

+ Own and administer virtual payables banking program, including aiding with policies, partnering with Procurement on vendor identification, and serve as an escalation point for vendors utilizing the program.

+ Serve as the ATI ambassador of the Corporate Credit Card program, including monitoring and managing against enterprise credit lines.

+ Administer bank accounts (e.g., resolutions, signature cards, account opening requests, etc.), respond to bank KYC and other such information requests, manage bank portal security administration, and serve as an integral cross-functional team member in both day-to-day routine operations in a timely fashion and on an as-needed episodic basis (e.g., ACH positive pay, ACH releases, bank account funding, wire transfers, fraud research, etc.)

+ Partner with Accounting team and effectuate changes in banking structure and/or processes to accomplish reporting and analysis information requirements in line with Company vision. Proficiency and/or desire to develop proficiency in GTreasury software.

+ Stay abreast of Company business operations, and proactively ask questions of internal customers to ensure optimal bank and merchant services are in place. Deep dive into bank fee analysis and other cash-related vendors to ensure proper charges are invoiced.

+ Prepare assigned monthly and quarterly reports in support of credit agreement compliance, company investment policy, financial planning, and Board reporting, among other purposes.

+ Maintain and execute against Treasury internal operational controls, accountable for documentation and compliance. Respond to auditor requests with respect to Sarbanes-Oxley.

+ Design, update and maintain Treasury written policies and procedures.

+ Represent ATI at Treasury professional conferences and in meetings with financial institutions.

+ Ad hoc projects as requested, e.g., integration of Treasury function with mergers & acquisitions, investment recommendations for excess cash, assessing and improving cash forecast process, etc.

Minimum Education

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, and/or finance

Preferred:

Master’s degree in business

Minimum Experience

Required:

+ 5+ years of experience leading a Treasury operations function, including owning relationships and working with financial institutions, preferably in high-growth, multi-site organizations.

+ Experience operating in a Sarbanes-Oxley environment.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

+ Encompass a client service and risk mitigation mindset, with the ability to see the ‘big picture’ and become a trusted adviser in all things Treasury operations.

+ Ability to pivot quickly from strategic to tactical; high-level thinking along with ability to roll up sleeves, dig into the details, and execute timely.

+ Strong Excel, analytical and organization skills.

+ Encompass the ability to effectively operate through influence. Partnership, empathy, collaboration, and the ability to recognize dependencies in other business areas will be critical.

+ Inquisitive, solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex, by designing and quickly implementing solutions.
