You will provide design technology solutions and support to meet customer requests from various product segments for foundational IPs. These IPs include memory compilers, custom memory IP, standard cells, GPIOs, PLLs, and thermal sensors. You will contribute to the definition of methodologies, flows, processes, and QA procedures to meet key customer requirements. May also work closely with EDA vendors to identify solutions for new requirements.

This is an entry level position and compensation will be given accordingly.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Knowledge and/or experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork and/or classes and/or research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualification:

+ Candidate must possess a MS degree with 6+ months of experience in Electrical.

+ Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

6+ months of experience in the following:

+ VLSI design

+ Custom circuit design

Preferred Qualifications:

6+ months of experience in one the following:

+ Design, characterization, and modeling of SRAM memories, standard cells, or GPIOs.

+ Custom circuit design in Finfet technologies

+ Writing scripts in Perl or Python

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $88,320.00-$132,660.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
