JOB DUTIES: The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for quoting, design, development, and improvement of manufacturing processes by analyzing product and manufacturing methods. In addition, this position requires maintaining quality and safety standards, document control, and supporting the engineering needs of all manufacturing operations. * Support Sales Department throughout the quoting process and obtaining new business. * Design and develop all manufacturing tooling. (Forge/Trim, Press, CNC, Assembly, etc.) * Provide drawings, models, and all necessary engineering documents for all manufacturing operations. * Create CNC programs for tooling and production machines. * Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment. * Evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research, applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials. * Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing processes and manufacturing methods. * Assure product and process quality by designing test methods, testing finished product and process capabilities, establishing standards, confirming manufacturing processes. * Provide manufacturing decision making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs. * Collaborate with outside sources for tooling design, design simulation, and tooling production as needed. * Perform other duties as required. SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday / 8a.m. - 5p.m. Job Type: Full-time
