Job Summary:
+ Serve as a visionary bringing experience developing new practices and services and leading a successful digital transformation practice, including selling, and delivering industry-leading services across the suite of healthcare system executives in alignment with evolving market needs.
+ Be an exceptional leader and inspiring coach to further Pivot Point in digital health transformation.
+ Drive outcomes and manage $10M+ in annual net new revenue.
+ Serve as a member of the Pivot Point Consulting leadership team. Craft Practice strategy in alignment with overall business strategy and other practice’s strategies for optimal value to the business and the market. Demonstrate exceptional EQ, an optimistic, inspiring leadership style, an entrepreneurial mindset, and experience communicating effectively with other executives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
+ Build and lead Digital Health Transformation Practice that anticipates evolving needs of Provider, Payer, and Life Sciences markets
+ Mature, sell and oversee delivery of assessment, planning services to foster integration of digital technology into all business areas to fundamentally change how a health system or payer operates
+ Develop practice, marketing, and business development plans and to drive outcomes
+ Direct all practice management, service line growth, productization, methodologies/assets, , engagement management and project Q/A .
+ Drive and manage $10M+ P/L

Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s Degree desired; graduate degree in related field preferred
+ 7+ years in leading health technology and strategy consulting firm, 3-5+ years in leadership role
+ Experience with Microsoft Office

+ Remote, but will require travel to Nashville and client locations
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure: $100,000 – $170,000. An applicant may also be eligible to participate in certain incentive compensation programs based on achieving certain performance targets set forth each year and subject to the incentive compensation plan’s terms and conditions. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
