The Opportunity
Delaware North Gaming is searching for a Sales Manager to join our team at GEM in Naperville, Illinois. Our ideal candidate is driven to success, focused on completing tasks and delivering on expectations, and knowledgeable of Illinois gaming rules and regulations. This position includes a company car, gas card and monthly bonuses. This role will cover Northwest of Naperville up to Rockford.
Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Salary: $46600 – $61800 / year

Responsibilities
+ Build and maintain a relationship with site locations.
+ Understand licensing and application process, renew contracts, and ensure licenses are current for site locations.
+ Create promotions and analyze successes for each site location.
+ Ability to create a strategic marketing plan for each assigned site location.
+ Ability to implement marketing plan and grow location’s business.
+ Maintain departmental budget and manage promotional expenses for assigned site locations.
+ Complete understanding of all Illinois Gaming Board rules and regulations.
+ Ability to make decisions and remain compliant with said rules and regulations.
+ Manage other departments during location upgrades, machine moves, machine repairs, etc.
+ Manage relationships with 100+ assigned site locations.
Qualifications
+ Ability to obtain and maintain a terminal handler’s license and a state driver’s license.
+ Minimum of 3 years’ related experience, supervisory experience preferred.
+ Ability to route/map collection routes, working knowledge of VGT and RT’s used in industry and collections/drop process.
+ Awareness of safety and security practices.
