Job Description
Production associate is responsible for picking parts, staging activity and building finished kits.
Primary Tasks:
+ Picking parts
+ Staging kitting activity
+ Packaging parts
+ Labeling parts
+ Setting up kitting lines
+ Building kits
+ Packing parts into kits
+ Sealing completed kits
Secondary Tasks:
+ Maintaining a safe, clean and orderly work area
+ Finding and supporting opportunities for improved performance, cost-savings and efficiency
+ Other duties as assigned.
Education:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills:
+ Flexibility in daily hours worked based on workloads.
+ Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
+ Basic Computer skills
+ Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Ability to follow work instructions and procedures.
+ Ability to utilize step ladders and work at an elevated position.
Experience:
+ Related experience or training
