Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Rep in Lake in the Hills , IL.
This is a contract to hire opportunity, meaning you will get hired directly after 3-4 months, depending on your performance and attendance.

Pay: $50-55k., depending on experience (plus commission)
Hours: Mon-Fri daytime hours
Job summary:
Ensure a high level of service professionalism across the full spectrum of customers.
Collaborate with employees from all departments to achieve business objectives.
Partner with vendors to exceed expectations of our mutual customers.

Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate the ability to meet territory sales goals and objectives by servicing existing customers and acquiring new customer accounts
Maintain and drive profitable sales growth in existing and new accounts across assigned territory for all services
Execute marketing and sales plan priorities to achieve targeted sales and profitability objectives
Coordinate with both internal and external business partners to achieve stated business objectives
Achieve annual sales goals adhering to all ethical sales practices and industry regulations
Responsible for targeted cold calls with the intent of promoting or selling company products and
services
Responsible for follow up on all leads and managing customer information in the CRM system
Establish, develop, and maintain customer relationship from point of contact throughout the entire sales process
Expedite the resolution of any customer issues or questions to maximize satisfaction
Responsible for accurately reporting and forecasting all sales activities within deadlines as set forth by the management team
Appropriately manage all company equipment and promotional materials according to company guidelines
Attend all company-sponsored sales events and customer meetings as directed by the company
Actively pursue continuous learning and development on efficient sales, communication, and industry knowledge
Act as a liaison between customer and internal teams to meet client requirements
Qualifications:
Sales experience or business experience
Experience in freight sales and expediting a plus
Knowledge of effective sales and management processes preferred
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Positive proactive “can do” approach; takes ownership of situations
Demonstrated ability to function as both a team leader and member
Documented record of performance and goal attainment
Proficient in MS Office Suite
10% travel possible
