The Nokia Cloud and Network Services (CNS) Global Business Center (GBC) is seeking a strategic software sales professional to develop NOKIA's CNS Business Applications (BA) Security business in the NAM for AT&T. The BA domain sales manager is a sales professional with a 'hunting' mindset and proven experience creating, cultivating and closing new business opportunities in the Security domain. The BA domain sales manager is responsible for developing the domain strategy, domain new business pipeline, account strategy, account planning and sales execution plans to meet or exceed growth plans for the Security domain in the assigned accounts.

Analytics is a growing business for Cloud and Network Services in North America with focus on generating network, service and customer insights. With 5G and ever growing experience demanding customer base insights portfolio is becoming key to our customers success. We are looking for Pre Sales Manager who can support sales engagements for complex & competitive bids, drive value and create long term relationships with customers, collaborate with Sales, solution consultants and services organization. This position is to support a Tier 2 operators with significant install base of CNS Analytics assets.
As part of our team, you will:
Soft skills to handle a highly qualified team of experts in Analytics, Network and Customer performance and end to end customer experience.
Drive strategies and plans to develop pipeline for Network Analytics, Customer Experience Analytics and Closed Loop Automation.
Develop strategy, tactics, and technical plans for the NAM territory.
Guide the Analytics team to succeed targets and create the baseline for coming years.
Understand customer business paint points and key performance indicators established to meet their business objectives.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities in meeting with C-Suite key decision makers to obtain executive sponsorship in pursuit of the sale.
Position the Analytics Nokia value proposition, demonstrating business benefits, and ROI differentiating Nokia from its competitors.
Introduce appropriate senior software management resources in pursuit of orders/sales opportunities.
Partner with the broader Nokia sales team to leverage joint solutioning and effective sales execution.
Develop C-suite relationships with key customers and partners. Engage CNS (Cloud and Network Services) leadership in these relationships to facilitate creative engagements.
Represent the organization at key sales development events (conferences, trade-shows, regional events, etc.).
Work with alliance partners to extend our strategy in the accounts.
Strictly adhere to the published Nokia processes.
Complete all administrative assignments comprehensively and on-time.
Represent Nokia in a professional and an ethical manner.
Your skills and experience
8+ years of proven sales experience in a software technology company selling to communication service providers.
Ability to understand at a high level the technical value proposition and then translate it into a business value position (i.e. consultative sales approach for selling solutions).
Understand Communications software, with prior experience in this space on technical selling solutions such as Analytics, AI/ML, OSS/BSS and other related software.
Ability to work/develop the partner ecosystem to enable a stronger go-to-market approach to increase market coverage.
Competitive and competitively aware: Proficient at explaining strengths and vulnerabilities - can plan accordingly.
Thinks strategically and can follow through tactically.
