Job Description
Capgemini America, Inc. (Sogeti division) seeks IT professionals to fill multiple positions in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. Entry through Sr. level positions available.
Duties: Develop and execute software tests to identify software problems and their causes. Test system modifications to prepare for implementation. Document software and application defects using a bug tracking system and report defects to software or web developers. Create and maintain databases of known defects. May participate in software design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, operational characteristics, product design, and schedules. Work in SAFe/Agile team for highly integrated systems and participate in all Agile ceremonies. Drive UAT for multiple projects and work with SMEs to understand business process and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. Design and execute functional tests. Identify potential quality issues and escalate per defined process. Utilize all Azure DevOps tools for optimization. Utilize experience with Test Management Tools: Jira or TFS, HP Quality Center or qTest, Rally, ALM, Azure Devops; Methodologies: Agile, Waterfall; Project Management: Software Development Lifecycle; Platforms: Web applications, Mainframes, Salesforce, API's, Client/Server applications; SFDC Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud; Software Testing Tools: SoapUI, Selenium Webdriver, Tricentis Tosca; Languages: Java.
