Job Description
Capgemini America, Inc. (Sogeti division) seeks IT professionals to fill multiple positions in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. Entry through Sr. level positions available.
Duties: Produce applications in a sometimes-hands-on capacity by writing .Net source Code(C#), developing databases using SQL server and integrating solutions with various eCommerce and enterprise software platforms. Develop overall technical strategies for external Client projects from technical requirements. Communicate with external clients on a regular basis regarding progress, challenges, timelines and end results of client projects. Direct and oversee local and OffShore developers. As technical lead for team demonstrate leadership skills by providing coaching and mentoring to junior and new Sogeti professionals. Responsible for determining design and code system quality attributes like Scalability, Availability and Performance. Conduct business review meetings for requirement analysis and proposing effective solutions. Managing deployment, code reviews, and sprint execution for onsite and offshore coordination. Continuous improvement guidance to business unit by providing technical and business points of view. Utilize experience with Languages: ASP.Net , C#, MVC; Web Technologies: Angular, VueJs, HTML5.0; Databases: SQL Server, Oracle; Service and Support Tools: Micro Services, WCF; Version Control Tools: GitHub; Cloud: AWS; Methodologies: AGILE.
