Job Description
Overview
The Financial Analyst works closely with the broader Finance and analytics teams to provide detailed insights and accompanying analyses that offer line of sight into the financial health and performance of the business. Supports corporate and operations leadership while serving as a trusted resource able to consistently and accurately execute financial analyses that shape the direction of the business with the support of finance managers and directors.
Responsibilities
+ Assist in producing cross-functional financial reporting and contributing to the communication of monthly financial results.
+ Assist in the development of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, providing and quantifying business insights through variance analysis and strategic problem-solving.
+ With the support of the team, coach, appropriately challenge, and encourage ATI Leaders in business optimization.
+ Analyze data, provide insights, and partner with ATI Leaders to develop strategy.
+ Conduct ad hoc analysis on complex datasets, build advanced forecasting models and interpret results to influence decisions.
Qualifications
Minimum Education
Required
+ Bachelor’s degree in business-related field;
+ Strong academic background and motivated for ongoing professional growth
Preferred
Min Experience
Required:
+ Required: 0-2 years of related work experience
+ Experience with financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting is a plus
+ Experience with Oracle EPM and/or Tableau is a plus

+ Ability to translate large sets of data into actionable insights
+ Ability to interpret data and troubleshoot performance issues
+ Problem-solving and analytical skills
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to manage time and priorities effectively with the support managers
+ Refined interpersonal skills; and ability to build relationships and trust with team members
+ Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets is required
