What Youll Do

  • Calculate, prepare, analyze and report activity to internal and external parties for a variety of agency programs and in accordance with program requirements. Respond to requests for information from various internal and external parties.

  • Compile unclaimed property reports/requirements in accordance with procedures and state requirements.

  • Maintain current reporting systems; assist in the design and development of new queries, databases, spreadsheets, reports, and report formats within area of responsibility.

  • Prepare and coordinate entries in the general ledger, issue checks and coordinate ACH payments.

  • Prepare and/or maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation within area of responsibility.

  • As a dynamic organization in a rapidly changing environment, the responsibilities associated with this position will change in accordance with the companys business needs. More specifically, the incumbent may be required to perform additional and/or different responsibilities from those set forth above

 

Requirements

  • Experience: 0-3 Years

  • Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred

  • Advanced Computer Skills

  • Excel including Vlookup, Index/Match, IF Statements, Concatenate, Pivot Tables, Reconcilements.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
