Duties: Gather, structure, and analyze data, providing recommendations to management. Lead the development of standard data analyses, reports, and dashboards. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Information Technology Management, or a related field and 8 years of experience in Principal, Data Analyst; Principal Data Science; Principal Information Mgt Systems Management; Manager Data Analysis; Manager, Analytics; Project Manager, Analytics; Systems Engineer or related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Information Technology Management, or a related field and 6 years of experience in Principal, Data Analyst; Principal Data Science; Principal Information Mgt Systems Management; Manager Data Analysis; Manager, Analytics; Project Manager, Analytics; Systems Engineer or related occupation.
Position required skills: Eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation with a Bachelor’s degree, OR Six (6) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation with a Master’s degree: reconciling historical management reporting across multiple sources through data validation, analysis and investigation and resolution of discrepancies; developing and building analytical methods, calculations, and tools to support business operations, including MS Excel workbooks, MS PowerPoint decks, Tableau dashboards and reports, and analyzing data using SAS and SQL; creating data sources, including cloud databases to store and manage operational data; analyzing data using Snowflake, Teradata, Oracle, and MS Access databases; and building tools and dashboards to support management reporting.
Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program.
Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $100,500.00 to $170,100.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
