Job Description
Dewberry's Architecture Team is seeking an energetic Interior Designer with well-rounded experience to join our Peoria, IL office. Experience in Federal/Local Government, Commercial and Corporate building types is desirable. This position requires a bachelor's degree in interior design, excellent graphic skills, CAD/Revit proficiency, be a team player and a creative designer with sensitivity to clients' needs. As well as a a minimum of 5 years overall experience where you will develop and execute appropriate design solutions as well as have overall project responsibility for client satisfaction, and quality control.

Responsibilities
Meet with clients to determine client needs and present design solutions.
Assist interior designer and/or project architect in creation and organization of all appropriate design documents.
Assist interior designer and/or project architect in document coordination within architectural disciplines.
Assist in making deadlines and other schedule criteria.
Assist in document conformance with standards.
Assist in design/detail development.
Assist in maintaining accuracy of documents.
Assist in maintaining interiors library.
Required Skills & Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
5-10 years of relative experience (residential need not apply)
Required NCIDQ accreditation with IIDA membership as a goal.
Must have excellent graphic skills,
Project management skills are a plus
CAD proficiency (Revit skills a plus)
Must be a team player and a creative designer with sensitivity to clients' needs.
Experience with Adobe Illustrator, SketchUp, and FF&E specifications a plus. Experience in Healthcare or Libraries a plus.
