Duties: Deliver the client's Testing Projects. Responsible for defining Test Strategy, creating Plan and Schedules to be aligned with overall Client Delivery timelines. Work with client closely to discuss business expansion areas and materialized into additional work. Undertake analysis of user and business requirements regarding their impact on existing systems and environments, and produce an appropriate business and/or system design. Determine QA activities on Projects and QA associate allocations to projects. Work with client closely to set up Next Generation Test Automation road-map in conjunction with Automation lead deciding required tools & technologies to support this. Work closely with Client QA Team to demonstrate collaborative project delivery and responsible and accountable for all offshore team's QA Deliverables. Monitor and enforce QA Processes, Quality Matrix Implementation and Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) Milestone implementation at both offshore and client's onshore QA team. Enforce and monitor the QA processes in client's test projects in order to increase QA awareness and visibility across the client's other disciplines. Control and provide data for re12porting, metrics, KPI's and SLA's for client's higher management. Mitigate client deadlines in case of planned and unplanned PTO. Accountable for smooth transition of knowledge within/across QA team associates. Responsible for Overall Test Automation approach by ensuring effective solutions. Create automation strategy and standards and oversee all automation activities jointly with automation team. Responsible for Client Engagement in terms of Customer satisfaction by providing value addition/innovation to the customer delivery. Introduce new tools & technologies that will add value to overall growth of the organization. Utilize experience with Testing Tools: Micro-Focus ALM, JIRA, Zephyr, SharePoint, Rational Clear Quest, Microsoft TFS; Methodologies: Agile-Scrum or Kanban or Waterfall; Databases: SQL Server or TOAD; Project Management: MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Projects, MS Excel; Services and Support Tools: Service Now; Version Control Tools: SVN or Rational ClearCase or Github; Operating Systems: Windows or Unix; IDE: Eclipse or IntelliJ; Languages: Java or VB.
