Job Title: Documentation Specialist
Duration: 10/30/2023 to 04/29/2024
Location: Lake Forest, IL 60045
Hours: 8am-5pm
JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is NonExempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half. Prepares, edits, files, assembles documentation such as reports or technical documents, records, or correspondence. Maintains numerical, alphabetical, chronological and/or subject filing system. Responsible for file maintenance and record keeping; locates and removes file material upon request. 0-3 Yrs. Experience
Brief synopsis of what the worker will be doing:
Office based role. In the role of Documentation Specialist the candidate will be responsible for processing document changes in an electronic system. Follow up and closure of tasks/actions assigned to the individual. Participate in Cross Functional team meetings (CFT’s) and process improvements.
