We Are Inspired to Serve. Join us!The Central Office of a nation wide family of Continuing Care Retirement Communities is seeking a Project Manager.
The Enterprise Systems Project Manager position is responsible for managing projects of moderate to high complexity by working with business partners within multiple business functions to align project solutions with business strategies; working with project teams to organize, track, and report on project statuses; communicating with Project Sponsors and project teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget; providing portfolio and project management; leveraging an informed knowledge of business functions and areas to identify and/or resolve problems. This position shall provide stakeholder support throughout the project lifecycle. The Enterprise Systems Project Manager will also partner with leadership to help transform the organization by establishing clear, standardized systems that will promote operational efficiency.
In this role, the Project Manager will:
Lead & Manage Projects; Lead and manage project teams from strategy to execution.Set deadlines and assign responsibilities while motivating project team members to accomplish tasks. Ensure project deadlines are communicated and understood by all team members. Track project deliverables and update necessary project status documentation for the project management office. Work with business teams, internal IT, and third-party vendors to coordinate project related meetings. Educate stakeholders on the project governance process.
Create & Deploy Enterprise-Wide Systems; Work with the Enterprise Operations teams to develop standards and systems that promote alignment and efficiencies which help drive performance. Examples include creating standards for corporate intranet pages, policy/document uniformity, training, onboarding, etc.
Build Project Requirements; Work with project stakeholders and members of project teams to develop, edit, and revise project requirements. Align business teams to prioritize needs and promote communication between key stakeholders.Understand specific requirements and support multiple projects in tandem.
Reporting; Monitor project budget and resources, and summarize the progress of projects. Prepare status and summary reports for the Executive Leadership Team. Act as the bridge between vice presidents (project sponsors) and the project teams tasked with executing the projects.
Track Budget; Manage and track project budgets. Code invoices associated with projects and alert project sponsor when a project exceeds budget.
Plan; Assist vice presidents with creating a plan for new or future projects during integrated strategic plan (ISP) and operating plan seasons. Prepare project sponsors with completing the needed documentation to follow the project governance and move projects forward.
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to understand the requirements and communicate technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
Good program management, including time management and change management skills - ability to work in an agile environment with a quick turnaround.
Must be able to build effective partnerships in a matrix organization.
Multi-tasking self-starter who can make good decisions and has the drive to manage across multiple timelines and deliverables.
High degree of quality project output and precision.

Skilled at developing and implementing effective and efficient processes.
Experience:
8+ years' experience working with business teams and managing multiple projects.
Healthcare or non-profit industry experience.
Microsoft SharePoint (or other intranet) development experience.
