You will report to the Senior Regional Business Director, the Territory Business Manager will drive sales growth through execution of sales strategies.
How you will contribute:
+ Collaborate with Regional Business Director and multiple customer-facing team members to ensure patients are supported through their Primary Immune Deficiency journey.
+ Drive demand generation efforts through clinical differentiation with healthcare professionals, Allergists and Immunologists.
+ Ensure HCPs are educated and informed on Takeda’s Immunoglobulin brands for patients with Primary Immune Deficiency.
+ We ask that you have daytime, as well as, evening and weekend activities, and the ability to manage through the complexity of the IG marketplace (distribution, site of care, market access).
+ You will work with third-party specialty pharmacies to ensure patients receive access to therapy. You must compliantly follow all policies and ensure high level of customer satisfaction and exudes Takeda culture and values.
What you bring to Takeda:
+ Clinical sales background with a Bachelor’s Degree (minimum)
+ 5+ years of demonstrated successful relevant healthcare experience managing and being accountable for own business.
+ Work across organizational functions.
+ Results driven- demonstrated success and compliance throughout career.
+ Understanding of customers motivations and needs.
+ Business acumen and strong knowledge of sales process.
+ Territory planning skills are required.
+ Experience displaying the ability to excel both in team and individual contributor settings.
+ Effective at acquiring and analyzing customer data to create sales strategies.
+ Change skills and experiences required.
Preferred:
+ Knowledge of and experience in Immunology is desirable.
+ Biotech experience desirable.
+ Experience with Specialty Pharmacy is encouraged.
+ Experience with hospital systems and process.
+ Want to participate in a culture that puts the patient at the center of all that we do.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
+ Up to 70% Travel Required
+ Must be 18 years of age or older with valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
+ Able to travel 70% of the time, including ability to travel overnight and occasionally on weekends
+ Must have authorization and ability to drive a company leased vehicle or rental
+ Requirement to support conventions and meetings supporting Immunology.
+ Conduct physician engagements on evenings, including the execution of Peer to Peer programming.

Base Salary Range : $133,600 to $167,000 based on candidate professional experience level. Employees may also be eligible for Short-term and Long-Term Incentive benefits as well. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program and Paid Volunteer Time Off. The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
