Then now is the time to explore the Possibilities of PepsiCo.The Supply Chain Analyst will provide analytical and warehouse support for the overall strategy of warehouse buildings including space, design and layout, inside PBC to support growth and productivity. Additionally, this includes racking, slotting and pallet management, while acting as owner during strategy discussions with Manufacturing, SC Strategy and GTM teams.
Responsibilities
* Must be data driven, with proven ability to manipulate data into presentable/actionable format
* Partnering with other functions leaders to understand needs for new innovation and portfolio expansion
* Evaluating current warehouse infrastructure and providing solutions for business changes
* Supporting Divisions with Space strategy and capital spends
* iCAM pallet strategy and management to deliver productivity targets
* Partnering with NAVCT team on projects and providing a link to the PBC warehouse organization
* Leading the PBC vision for warehouse space and design to develop a 3-5 year long term strategy to address gaps and enable growth
* Manage warehouse reporting for Frontline, Division and Sector teams to create insights against AOP efficiency and productivity goals
* Provide capex analysis for warehouse capability and expansion projects
Compensation & Benefits:
* The expected compensation range for this position is between $70,000 - $90,000
* Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
* Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually
* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
* 3-5+ years of Supply Chain/Leadership Experience
* Bachelor’s degree (s) in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business
* Excellent oral and written communication and computer skills
* Advanced planning/project management and analytical skills
* Strong people management skills: ability to pull multiple functional teams together to solve both short- and long-term issues
* Capable of working across multiple functions, management levels, and business units to extract and capitalize on best practices
* Works well with others to deliver results; keeps others informed to avoid unnecessary surprises
* Must be willing and able to travel 20-30% of the time
