Your role.
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
Lead and manage a team of administrative assistants and foster individual and team growth
Manage annual and semi-annual performance reviews for assigned administrative assistants
Provide day-to-day support for assigned partners and their respective teams
Provide leadership and support for tax related administrative functions
Responsible for the selection, interviewing, and hiring of new administrative assistants
Create and oversee customized onboarding and training action plans for new administrative assistants
Work with the Office Manager to identify areas for process improvements and opportunities to gain better efficiency
Assisting with office meetings, staff functions, meal planning, and busy season events

The qualifications.


5+ years of administrative, office management, or related experience preferred
HS Diploma or GED equivalent required. Associate's degree is preferred.
This is an exempt position that may require some Saturday work hours during tax season (January thru April) and overtime from time to time during the remainder of the year
Qualified individuals must either reside in or near Chicago, IL or be willing to relocate to the area for this opportunity
This position may require some local, national, and occasional international travel

Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) Information

Compensation is commensurate with technical skills and experience and is provided in accordance with the CO Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.

Compensation information posted is based on a position being located in the state of CO. Please review position location for applicable geographic location.

Colorado monthly base range is as follows:
$4,708.33 to $7,083.33
