What You'll Do:
Design & Implement Data integration and Data Warehouse based solutions using Big Data Technologies.
The Tech Lead should be highly proficient in the use of Big Data / Open-Source Technologies and standard techniques of Data Integration, Data Manipulation.
Should be able to translate business requirements & E2E designs into technical implementations based on system capabilities.
Need to define optimal solutions addressing functional and non- functional requirements considering capabilities across tech/solutions.
Ensure the solutions being defined are reusable and follow standard design patterns and architecture principles of Big Data / Open-Source Technologies.
Read on Defect resolution and help the development teams with technical expertise.
Provide guidance in Live Issue resolution and RCA Reviews with the development teams.
Should be proactive in working with the support team and identifying opportunities for service improvement.
Capable of designing strategic solutions.
Adhering to standards and patterns for implementation of reusable solutions and creation of assets for the platform.
Good understanding of business and operational processes.
Capable of Problem / issue resolution, capable of thinking out of the box.
Exposure to DevOps / Agile Development methodologies.
Define innovative solutions, constantly exploring & challenging product capabilities, liaise with product experts from within the organization or with vendor partners.
Participate in the E2E lifecycle of a project and guide the teams as required.
Support development teams in Building project plan, PIR Reviews, performing deployment and Live Proving activities.
Capable of contributing to Platform strategy and vision working with the Portfolio Design Lead and Architects.
Liaising, and working closely, with Tech office, E2E designers & other component teams; keeping stakeholders informed on progress against milestones, risks, issues & dependencies.
Contributes to, and encourages ideas and builds on the suggestions of others.
Encourages others in working towards the organization goals; takes prompt and effective action to rectify problems within the team.
Inspires confidence by making and honoring commitments, demonstrates initiative and competence.
Participate in Design Reviews & Daily Project Scrums
Ensure reusability via component catalogues and conducting design reviews.
Define innovative solutions, constantly exploring & challenging product capabilities, liaise with product experts from within the organization or with vendor partners.
Participate in the E2E lifecycle of a product delivery and guide the teams as required.
Should be able to work in an agile environment with evolving demands and increasing expectations.
