The Systems Architecture and Engineering (SAE) group within the Intel Office of the CTO is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive execution of Intel Security Technologies, including platform root of trust and confidential computing! The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for driving key deliverables throughout the program lifecycle from architecture to power-on to production, meeting platform milestones throughout. This role interfaces with multiple business units within Intel, from technical leaders, to management, development and validation and often with external customers as well.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Drive delivery of Intel Platform Root of Trust and Confidential Computing technologies to the platform milestones.
+ Define and track deliverables across a broad range of disciplines ranging from hardware to firmware to tools and validation.
+ Identify and drive resolution to gaps across BUs in multiple disciplines.
+ Drive regular forums that bring stakeholders together to exchange plans, status, and serve as an escalation point to resolve challenges when needed.
+ Provide regular updates to multiple levels of the organization as well as to partner organizations.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science, Program Management or related field and 6+ years of experience OR a Master’s Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science, Program Management or related field and 4+ years of experience OR a PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science, Program Management or related field and 2+ years of experience in:
+ Technical Program Management
+ Software or hardware engineering

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $118,860.00-$196,720.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
