ATI Worksite Solutions a part of A TI Physical Therapy is currently looking for an Industry Manager to oversees daily operations across multiple client sitesour division.

Status: Full-time
The Multisite Industry Manager, ATI Worksite Solutions (AWS) is responsible for comprehensive management of client site operations within their assigned industry. This position oversees the implementation of programs and
workflows across multiple healthcare disciplines for AWS clients across multiple locations, and ensures each site operation is aligned to AWS operating procedures and standards while meeting client needs and expectations.
Effective team leadership/management skills and industry expertise are necessary to drive consistency in performance across all client locations.
Responsibilities
+ Oversees daily operations across multiple client sites within assigned industry sector.
+ Meets or exceeds established KPIs and operating standards by client site and/or industry.
+ Provides inputs and feedback on site performance and proposes opportunities to improve/refine workflows or procedures.
+ Effectively manages and develops team members to set, meet and refine performance goals for each client, aligned with Standard Operating Procedures and balanced performance Scorecard.
+ Identifies and escalates risk points and implements mitigation tactics to resolve across the team.
+ Partners effectively with Client site stakeholders and affiliate healthcare providers to build relationships, surface opportunities for stronger collaboration and propose new opportunities.
+ Report out and present to Client site leadership on site performance, program effectiveness and/or any newly identified proposals to improve site efficiencies.
+ Builds high-performing front-line teams focused on industry expertise and with a growth-mindset to motivate and inspire team members to advance the AWS growth strategy forward.
+ Leadership/Management: Provides direction to, and accomplishes results through team; Manages the staff and deployment of assigned resources; Oversees employee learning; Conducts performance reviews and manages human resource decisions such as hiring, promotions and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications
Minimum Education
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business or clinical competency
Preferred:
Master’s Degree
Minimum Experience
Required:
+ 6 years of progressive experience in business or healthcare management
+ Injury prevention experience and healthcare background preferred
+ Occupational medicine
+ Experience in OSHA compliance and management
Preferred:
+ 2 years leading or managing a team
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
+ Ability to lead team to meet and exceed performance goals
+ Ability to lead/manage remote workforce
+ Develop team members to support operational growth
+ Able to lead multi-faceted programs and clinicians
