Job Description
The PeopleManagement division of TrueBlue which supports the brands Centerline Drivers, Staff Management | SMX and SIMOS Solutions is seeking a graphic designer to join our energetic and dynamic creative team! The ideal candidate is highly creative, has strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. You must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop as well as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Your goal will be to create impactful designs that capture and promote our company vision. This position reports to the Creative Manager.
You will work on a variety of projects that include, but are not limited to, graphic design for brochures, sales collateral, PowerPoint presentations, social media graphics, website imagery, signage, etc. This applicant is all about teamwork – but is also an independent thinker – able to provide unique visual solutions to address the diverse marketing needs of an energetic and dynamic marketing team.
Salary Range: The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $45,000 – $55,000 per year. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Essential Job Functions
+ Design collateral which communicates PeopleManagement’s capabilities and fits within our brand standards
+ Create images, charts and infographics that effectively communicate key messages and can be incorporated into marketing assets
+ Fulfill design requests from internal client teams
+ Create on-brand business PowerPoint presentations upon request
+ Update existing templates to maintain presentational brand standards across the company
+ Follow standards for maintaining our digital assets
+ Develop a familiarity with our three main brands (Centerline Drivers, Staff Management | SMX and SIMOS Solutions) to deliver successful visual design solutions
+ Participate in various design projects from concept to completion
+ Take direction and listen to feedback to hone skills and improve design
+ Adhere to project deadlines
+ Participate in internal meetings and brainstorms
+ Attend regular check-ins with Creative Manager
The Graphic Designer must have the following characteristics:
+ You are a champion of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
+ You are comfortable using PowerPoint as a design tool to create effective presentations.
+ You are committed to responsiveness, high quality work, confidentiality and service.
+ You have a keen attention to detail.
+ You have the ability to handle a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
+ You are able to communicate and collaborate effectively in order to understand and translate the graphic requirements for each project.
+ You are eager to develop an understanding of the business.
+ You understand Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook tools.
Qualifications
+ Candidates possess a portfolio and/or work samples that demonstrate their ability to manipulate images, typography and infographics.
+ Previous design experience within a professional services B2B firm is preferred but not required.
+ Selected candidates will complete a design challenge which will test their creative skills, attention to detail and pace of work.
