The Card Services Specialist I/II, with the Dispute team, role is responsible for supporting the case management of all dispute types reported to Payment Operations. All disputes must be handled efficiently and in a timely manner to ensure regulations are met. The qualified candidate should possess the ability to maintain a positive work environment; meet productivity standards; complete work in a timely manner; and strive to increase productivity.
2+ years of banking experience or equivalent professional work experience
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to independently identify and resolve complex problems
Proficient computer skills, particularly in the use of Word and Excel
Ability to multitask using various bank systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a team environment
