Job Description

We are working with a large, well known staffing brand and they are looking for a Selling Branch Director to manage their Overbrook office. This person will be a driving force behind building long lasting client relationships and brand management in the technical/IT vertical in the Chicago region. The Branch Director will be hands on with sales and client management responsibilities as well as managing and mentoring 2 other team members. There is a lot of room for career growth through out the company from this particular role. Proven sales experience in the staffing world is a must with preference to those with experience in the IT, professional space, or healthcare. They do work hybrid, 3 days in office and 2 days remote in Oakbrook.

Responsibilities:
- Developing business in the IT/Technical vertical
- Managing client relationships
- Building the brand name as a top staffing company on the technical side
- Managing and mentoring other sales individuals to help with their growth and development
- Overseeing the P&L and Budget
- Meeting metrics and ensuring the branch is meeting their monthly, quarterly and yearly metrics as assigned
- Identifying training opportunities and making sure your team has the tools and skills to be successful
- Assisting with developing branch talent to maximize their skills and help them grow in the company
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED is required, Bachelor's degree is preferred
3+ years of direct staffing experience in IT, Technical, Professional or Healthcare vertical
3+ years of hands on business development experience
2+ years of managing or mentoring others is preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
