Japanese Bilingual Systems Engineer - CorporateLocation: Mount Prospect, IL - Hybrid Remote
Work Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
FLSA: Exempt, Full-Time, Direct Hire

A global manufacturing company with a top market share, located in Mount Prospect, IL, is currently seeking a Japanese Bilingual Japanese Bilingual Systems Engineer for their corporate office. This position entails managing and maintaining the company's networks and systems in collaboration with other IT specialists to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the corporate IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate must possess strong proficiency in spoken and written Japanese, with a professional level of communication. Visa support and relocation assistance are available.

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support and maintain company data and technological infrastructure, including servers and networks.
Conduct remote and on-site diagnosis and troubleshooting to resolve system issues.
Repair, upgrade, and configure desktop computers and servers.
Assist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity systems.
Provide technical assistance and network support to employees.
Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and connection issues.
Coordinate and maintain relationships with various vendors.
Communicate with overseas headquarters and generate reports as requested.
Perform other duties as requested by management.

3-10 years of experience in corporate IT network or server construction, operation, or maintenance.
Business-level proficiency in Japanese, including speaking, listening, and writing.
Cybersecurity experience is preferred but not required.
