A global Japanese chain restaurant company with over 50 years of success is currently seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager for their first restaurant in the US. If you possess a strong work ethic and are motivated by growth, then we would love for you to join our team!
Work hour: Shift Schedule (Including Weekends & Holidays)
Salary: $48,000 - 52,000/yr.
Oversee restaurant operations to ensure a great guest experience
Supervise kitchen and wait staff, providing assistance as needed
Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff
Prepare shift schedules and process time sheets for all restaurant staff
Maintain detailed records of daily, weekly, and monthly costs and revenues
Arrange for new employees' proper onboarding, including scheduling trainings and ordering uniforms
Understand and practice safe food handling procedures
Work experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry
Good math and reporting skills
Customer service attitude
Team management abilities
Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus
